Saudi Arabia is not exactly on the world stage for its cuisine, however that doesn’t mean it is lacklustre in any way! In fact, Saudi food is amazing especially if you like slow cooked meats and hearty meals! Not to mention that Saudi Arabia has some of the best Arabic style coffee in the entire region!
Saudi food overall is fairly hearty and heavy. This is because it is perfect for when you have to fill up for a long journey through the desert. Lighter foods can be found on the coast with seafood however the majority of food throughout the country will be heavy and meaty.
