TOUR OVERVIEW

This June, experience Afghanistan with unprecedented access to its cultural heartlands. With shifting conditions allowing safer travel, we’ll visit regions once off-limits, offering a rare glimpse into the country’s rich heritage and daily life.

Your journey begins in Kabul, where the energy of the capital sets the stage for the adventure ahead. We’ll travel north to Mazar-i-Sharif, home to the dazzling Shrine of Ali. Explore the ancient cities of Balkh and Samangan, where history whispers through crumbling walls and bustling bazaars.

No trip to Afghanistan is complete without Bamiyan - a valley of staggering beauty, where the echoes of the giant Buddhas still linger, and the turquoise waters of Band-e-Amir sparkle under the summer sun.

A highlight of your journey: a visit to the Parwana Childrens' Circus, where local youth dazzle with acrobatics and artistry, embodying Afghanistan’s resilience and hope.
